Red Rock Capital Management, LLC (RRCM) owned and operated by Red Rock Capital President Joshua Manier provide active investment management of Red Rock Safeguard Fund, LP, a SEC Reg D fund for accredited investors. Investments made within the fund are comprised of first lien position mortgages secured by 1-4 unit investment properties around the country. Mr. Manier has managed private mortgage funds since 2012 and the fund offers a target annual return of 8% to Limited Partners. RRCM in late 2020 is also launching 3 additional SEC Reg D private mortgage funds for the primary purpose of facilitating a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) concept called FYLO, a term coined for Micro-Philanthropy. This Micro-Philanthropy concept of FLYO will allow businesses and high net worth individuals to create ongoing charitable investment for causes that matter most to them. This philanthropic focus of RRCM highlights the necessity to give back and promote the greater good in the world.
